Summer Project in Full Swing

We are currently in the documenting phase for a three-thousand square foot addition to the Community Service Center for the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde. The addition will house the offices of Indian Child Welfare. The project will feature Green Label Plus Certified carpets, marmoleum flooring and work surfaces and low VOC paints, all in an effort  to bring sustainable products and practices to all projects, not only those seeking LEED certification. Construction is scheduled to begin this October.

Under Construction

As one project begins, another wraps up. We are nearing completion on our Lakeside Village Affordable Housing project in Lincoln City, Oregon. This development for the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians is scheduled for completion on September 15.

The Hotel at New Sisters Village Approved

We are quite excited to have gained site design approval on for the Hotel at New Sisters Village. This 93-unit, three-story hotel located in Sisters, Oregon is set to be an icon for both the City of Sisters and our firm. We are proud to be utilizing new advances in design and technology on this new project. We are now visualizing projects better through our improved 3D modeling capabilities and we are  becoming better stewards of the environment as  we seek LEED certification for The Hotel.

Firm Launches New Website

With our new growth as a firm it is time for our image to match our outlook. In this spirit, we have launched a new website. Our new site is aimed at portraying a clean professional look that fits within our industry. Our site is now loaded with project images in our extensive portfolio section as well as information on our firm history.  This site will be a valuable asset for those actively searching for architecture services in the Pacific Northwest. It is a simple, to the point, medium for others to see what we do.
